Skill Set • [Expert marksman] Highly skilled in the marksman department, Wade has proven himself to be a tough opponent when locked and loaded with a firearm. Precision that only a man can dream of accomplishing one day in his sad, pathetic life, Wilson has managed to shoot three men, standing in a line with a single bullet, though a single bullet wouldn't have been necessary if he hadn't wasted the other bullets.

[Master swordsman] Dual katana's strapped across his back, Wilson isn't a force to be reckoned with when he has his 'babies' on hand. Shown to take down marksman with the swords, and throwing one of his katanas at the wheel of a motorcycle to watch it crash in a blaze of glory, one should at least attempt to drop these dual weapons down into a bottomless pit or face becoming a kebab.

[Skilled Acrobat] With enhancements gained from the 'Superhero Package', Deadpool is quite the skilled acrobat as the male is able to perform feats that a mere mortal could only dream about. Often doing back-flips and rotations mid-air while shooting, Wilson can be a bit of a show off at times as during these 'tricks', he's often using a firearm.

Abilities & Powers • [Superhuman Strength] Wilson's strength has shown to be beyond that of a mortal human, where lifting a single human above his head and tossing them like a sack of potatoes seems to be an easy feat for the male. Of course, one particular moment the shows Wilson's above-average strength would be when the male managed to impale an enemy with one of his Katana, and have the sword not only managed to impale his enemy, but the Katana broke through the stonewall that the enemy had been leaning on.

[Superhuman Resilience] Durability, stamina, vitality and endurance are several enhancements gained from the experiments inflicted upon Wade. Not only that, but the male has a higher pain tolerance as well, where bullets have rained down upon his torso, bones have been broken and a hand had been severed from his arm in a successful attempt to get away from his Captors.

[Superhuman Mobility] Agility, balance and body coordination are enhancements were an added bonus to the "Superhero" package after all, a "good customer" such as himself deserved such a bonus! Wade has shown that he can fall from heights that would leave an average human with several broken bones and the fact that confined spaces does very little to limit his mobility, allowing him in one scenario to take down multiple enemies within a traveling vehicle with ease.

[Regeneration] With an accelerated healing and regeneration factor, Wade has been shown that a few round of bullets in his torso along with a few knife wounds seem to heal quite fast while broken bones and internal bleeding take a bit longer depending on the severity of the wound. Not only that, but he has been shown to regenerate lost organs or body parts as well in a couple of hours. Overall, Wilson can dodge death due to his extreme regeneration factor where some would consider him to be immortal because of it and in extreme case, return from death itself.

Weaknesses • [Squirrel!] Easily distracted, Wilson has been shown to forget about ammunition, weapons and anything in between due to his short attention span. One instant of his short-attention span would be the time he forgot a bag of weapons in a taxi when first confront ajax and when rescuing Vanessa from Ajax.

[Extreme Injuries] Extreme injuries such as dismemberment, and 'near death' experiences often leave Wade vulnerable after all, regeneration of organs and body parts takes a bit of time compared to broken bones and bullet wounds which can heal within a few moments. Not only that, but a knife to the brain has been shown to be quite effect as well, as until the knife had been removed, Wade was temporarily disorientated.

Dreams • That perhaps one day there will be a cure for his 'avocado face' and that Vanessa won't be stolen by another jackass if he can somehow return to his original time line.

Fears • Vanessa being captured by another Jackass and not being able to rescue her in time. Along with being forced to join that crime-fighting whiner group at the Neverland mansion with a creepy, old, bald Heaven's Gate looking...

Overall Personality • Sarcasm, with a hint of a cynical sense of humor, Deadpool tends to infuriates and antagonizes those within an earshot range of himself and at times, has even shown to belittle and or insult people as well, finding it on the entertaining side. One instance of Deadpool's humor can be seen when he meets Negasonic Teenage Warhead, announcing how he was a "teenage girl who would rather be anywhere, but here and how 'she' is all about long sullen silences followed by mean comments, then ending with more sullen silences". Not only that, but due to Wade lacking an emotion called shame, the male has managed to crack jokes about anything at any given moment to the point where months of torture did little to stop his sense of humor from shining.

Yet, Deadpool isn't just some jokester who roams the street waiting for a victim to belittle, insult or infuriate. Quite a few times he has shown to be a bit of a child, from where he was seen doodling on a bridge as he waited for a couple of vans to pass by in which one held Ajax, along with having a deep fondness for American pop culture reference and a love of skee ball are just a few 'childish' aspects of Wade. Though, the mercenary wouldn't be completed without his 'insanity', as not only does the male infuriates and antagonizes people, Wade also makes them quite concerned about his mental stability as he often makes comments that break the fourth wall. Like when the male was being dragged by Colossus, the male speaks of how Wade was being returned to Xavier to which Deadpool commented with McAvoy or Stewart followed with a statement about how these 'time lines can get so confusing'. With all these traits in mind, very few people can seem to stand Wade especially considering that the male never seems to stay silent for more, then a millisecond at a time.

HISTORY

Family • Vanessa Carlysle [Lover]
Overall History • Once upon a time, Wilson was a part of the Canadian Special Forces, where somewhere along the lines of duty, he met a bartender by the name of Weasel who quickly became Wade's best friend. Yet, it wasn't long before Wilson made a career change where the male became a mercenary though, most of the jobs taken often dealt with teenage girls and their ex-boyfriends who, were stalking them.

One night after dealing with the same old thing, a girl hiring Wade to stop an ex-boyfriend from stalking her, Wilson decided to head over to where his best friend was bar-tending. Upon arriving on scene, Wilson managed to cause a fight between two patrons of the bar while Weasel could only watch the scene occur with a scowl, though Wade found the situation amusing. Though, it wasn't long after the fight where Wade volunteered to buy a round for everybody and that's when a pretty little face approached Wade. The pretty little face was a young woman by the name of Vanessa, and after having a casual fling, Wilson and Vanessa started to go steady for about a year before Wilson proposed to Vanessa.

Sadly, a happy ending wasn't meant for Wade Wilson as not long after proposing to Vanessa, Wade found out he had cancer. Once finding out that the probability of him living was at an all-time low, Wade headed to Weasel's bar to drink his sorrows away when he was approached by a man wanting him to join a program that could save him and make him a 'superhero' though, the offer was rejected at first. Going home after drinking his liver to death, it didn't take long before Wade realized that he wanted to join the program for Vanessa's sake and left her in the middle of the night in order to join the program.

Upon joining, Wade met another mutant by the name of Ajax, who helped run the program along with his companion, Angel Dust. Ajax was the one to inject Wade with a serum that was designed to awaken dormant mutant genes, where Wade underwent weeks of torment in order to cause stress and trigger the mutant genes yet, it seemed to be unsuccessful as Wade at the end of the few weeks still lacked anything that would be considered a 'mutation'. Even so, after spending weeks in such a grim place, and knowing his tormentor only by his nickname, it didn't take Wade long to find out that Ajax's real name was Francis. Mocking his tormentor of his real name, Francis was quick to lash out in anger and place Wilson into an airtight chamber that would keep Wilson in a state of asphyxiation.

Developing a healing factor due to the stress of airtight chamber, Wade's cancer seem to have a healing factor as well which caused a war to occur within his own body. With two forces fighting against each other, it caused Wilson skin to get severely disfigured. Spending about a day in the chamber, Ajax and Angel Dust had released Wade from his prison though, the 'peaceful' moment didn't last long as Wilson flipped out when he discovered what had happened to him. In his rage, he managed to headbutt Angel Dust and steal a match from her before being placed back into the airtight chamber.

Creating an explosion from within the Chamber, Wilson had managed to catch the entire building that the program was located in on fire where he tracked down Ajax and battled the man until Ajax told Wilson that there was a cure for his 'ugliness' only to be back stabbed by the man and left for dead. Waking up a couple hours later, Wade decided to return home to confront Vanessa only to back out last minute due to strangers giving him disgusted looks on his way home. Instead, Wilson visited his friend Weasel where Wade decided that he would track down Ajax/'Francis' in order to get the cure so that he could look normal again.

Coming up with the name Deadpool for Wade's alias had been quite easy, considering that the bar where Weasel worked at had a chalkboard that had Dead pool on the top where names were written underneath the title along with bets on which one of them was going to die next. After that day, Wade worked quite hard in order to find Ajax.

Several months passed and Deadpool soon found out where Ajax was heading, intercepting the convoy, Deadpool was close to beheading Ajax when two X-men had intervened the fight causing Deadpool to lose Ajax. Attempting to bring Deadpool back to Xavier's mansion, Wade made an escape from his captors and headed home. Upon arriving at home, Weasel had found out that Ajax and Angel Dust were going to go and kidnap Vanessa, Wade's former fiance. The duo was quick to head out to Vanessa's workplace only to find that Ajax and Angel Dust had beaten them to her where Wade learned he had to go to a decommissioned helicarrier in some scrapyard.

The two x-men from earlier who interrupted Wade's fight with Ajax, Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, were recruited to help Deadpool save Vanessa. The trio makes their way to the Scrapyard where Colossus and Warhead fight Angel Dust while Deadpool fights Ajax while Vanessa watches helplessly from an airtight chamber.

During the battle, the decommissioned Helicarrier started to tip due to one of Warhead's attack and destroying the equipment that held the Helicarrier upright. While the Helicarrier is tipping, Deadpool manages to land safely with Vanessa though, the moment that he knows Vanessa is safe, Ajax, who is still alive, attacks Deadpool. Wade easily takes down Ajax, where Wilson finds out there isn't a cure for his disfigurement that Ajax had lied to him from their previous fight and as Wilson is about to kill Ajax, Colossus urges Deadpool not to kill his enemy with a speech. Though, Colossus never finished the speech as halfway through, Deadpool grew bored of the speech and killed Ajax with a bullet to the head.

Once Ajax was killed, Wade turned to Vanessa, who attempted to remove his mask only to see Wade wearing another mask of Hugh Jackman behind his usual mask and upon taking that mask off, reveals Wade's face. Vanessa is angry that Wade had left her, but confesses that she still loves him and the two kiss.

The moment had been perfect, and Wade had been reunited with his girl where the two headed off to celebrate at Weasel's bar where the two consumed a fair amount of alcohol though, Wilson was always quick to admit that he never got drunk, when he woke up passed out in some random park without Vanessa, the man grew worried only to realize that he wasn't living in his own world anymore. Confused, and unable to recall the night before except for the fact that the Vanessa and himself had gone to Weasel's bar, Deadpool grew pissed where a couple of trees became his punching bag.
