ABILITIES
Weapons • None but what his powers give him, at the moment.
Skill Set • Decent traceur, skilled dancer, ok with his staff and street fighting.
Abilities & Powers • Shadow magic: A magic inherent in his family line, it allows him to bend darkness and shadows to his will, enabling a wide degree of effects, like:
Shadow puppets: Can use the area's darkness to form three dimensional, detailed 'beings' of shadow, and tends to use them as distractions and/or scare tactics, though he can form three solid ones to give him a more ... direct ... assist during combat. The Solids' eyes glow red like his own, and durable enough to last a couple of attacks. The Wisps can only last one blow, but he is able to create up to 12. He hasn't quite discovered the max size of the Wisps just yet, but the Solids range from a mouse to a truck in size.
Shadow Tendrils: Can form tendrils strong as regular rope from his and other shadows, ranging from threads to full sized ropes.Until they're firmly wrapped and latched on, they're easy to slip out of.
Shadow-portation: Can step into shadows, and teleport between them, the max distance being the size of a very large room. If a room is completely/mostly dark, he is capable of a more traditional teleportation since the room would essentially be one large shadow. He can do around 12 rapid fire.
Shadow Constructs: Using darkness and shadows, he can craft objects. At the moment, he can only create three. A staff shaped kind of like a scythe, which basically means a staff with an escrima stick near an end on it set to a 90 degree angle, and a basic dagger/knife. He can make variations of the staff, from full-size to smaller, hand versions, and the constructs have the durability of solid bronze.
Night-sight: His powers give him the ability to see in pitch darkness.
Weaknesses •
Strength: He has a bit of wiry strength, but he's not exactly a weightlifter. He can be outmatched by others relatively easily here.
Unskilled: Yeah, he's learnt a trick here and there, and he's gotten used to the odd staff, but he's no match in a straight fight against someone trained.
Light: A brightly lit room would lessen the shadows he can use, and one sufficiently bright would essentially make him powerless. Focused light also is a problem for him. Things like lasers would shatter his constructs like they were cheap glass, let alone things like a Lantern's Ring.
Overdoing It: Overdoing the teleportation can lead to him being woozy and dizzy, and if he insists he won't even be able to move, perhaps even fainting from weariness.
Durability: His constructs aren't exactly the strongest. It can be easy to bend/break/otherwise make them unusable.
Large Blades: He can't seem to be able to make a large blade that'd hold its shape and edge. Any bigger than a modest dagger, and it gets, as he says, like a wet noodle.
Own Shadow: He can't use his own shadow to teleport.
Magic Canceling: His powers are supernatural in origin. Things that affect magic negatively cancel out, or at least limit, his abilities.
Too Small: Though not too much of a problem, considering his own small size, a shadow too small will prevent him from being able to port out of it completely.
Loneliness: Fears never again being able to have friends, or family, or people that care about him. Striking at this fear could distract and/or hurt him enough to gain an edge.
Still a Kid: Sure, he's brave, and sure, he can be heroic (albeit a sneaky, tricky brand of heroic.) But, he's still just a kid, and being a kid can sometimes have a negative effect on said heroics.

PERSONALITY
Likes • Chocolate, dancing (primarily popping and breakdance), people who don't see him as a freak/monster, freindly contact and getting hugs (no matter how much he denies), and not being alone.
Dislikes • Jerks, FADE, being alone, overly sour foods.
Dreams • To find his mom and/or a family again, to never have to be alone again.
Fears • To be caught by FADE and/or those similar, being alone forever.
Overall Personality • Cor's not exactly open when first meeting. He's a tad shy upon interacting with strangers (that is, if he isn't acting wary), but hides it with a bit of an attitude and/or acting cold. Once you've managed to make him relax, though, he's playful and cheeky, and loves to have fun (said fun can consist from teasing friends, to gaming, to even just relaxing).
He doesn't like the strong picking on the weak, or really any bad stuff and usually steps up. That said, the boy is wary about going into fights, and tries to give his foes a chance to back out, unless they've crossed a line. Cor delights in trying to either terrify and/or annoy his foes so badly they can't even think straight, and makes good use of his powers to attempt to do so.
The boy can be a tad theatrical, in fact, though his relationship with fear is a tad ... complicated. He uses it to make fights easier, or to stop them completely, but he doesn't exactly enjoy the idea of being feared by citizens or people he's working with, let alone ones he's beginning to trust. The boy has bad memories of being called a monster by people he's saved, and really, really doesn't want to go through that again.

HISTORY
Family • Agata Sullivan: Mother : DNA Donor
Overall History • There was once a family with a long history of being "shadow-workers"; those who could control darkness and the shadows themselves. It was said that long, long ago, this family had been given these powers by the Greek God Erebus (and some say, they are actually kin to him), and ever since, have used them to either protect lives … or ruin them.
The latest descendants of this family are a single mother and her son, who grew up in New York. When the child's father disappeared, she raised the boy on her own, doing her best to give him a normal life.
And this is where things took a turn. You see, there were certain people who had a grudge against the mother, for 'interfering one too many times.' They came after her and her child, and she knew they had too many resources and too many men for her to even think of fighting back, even with her powers. She couldn't put her son at risk. So, they shadow-ported, trying to get away from their ruined apartment and the flood of thugs beginning to make their way over to them. But, somehow, he got separated from her during the shadow-port, and was lost ...
But Corvin survived, resolving to find his mother. After going for help once, and getting attacked by the same men who ripped him and his mother apart, the boy took to stealing food and new clothing. He also eventually grew tired of seeing all the bad things done to those who can't fight back, and began attempting to protect them. Cor has been living like this ever since.
