Phoenix, was a girl who loved life especially her own, as she had a bright future ahead of her, one where her parents could retire early and never work a day in their life, one where she could become a famous dancer and inspire youth with her story of poverty to fame... Yet, her world came crashing down when her 'boyfriend' turned out to be a tracker and her parents were killed. Following their death, she was forced into the Handler & Tracker program, where she ended up being paired up with Michael Spacey . Honestly, she isn't thrilled about the situation, but it really doesn't matter how she feels anymore. She's just another link in the chain that can be easily destroyed and replaced.
Friendship will be quite hard to obtain from Phoenix considering that she's a tracker so, the only possible way for her to have a 'friend' is that this so-called 'friend' is either human or another tracker otherwise, anyone else would be out of the question as she is supposed to hunt down enhanced humans. Of course, another reason that friendship is hard to obtain from the female would be the fact that she isn't an open person. She doesn't like talking anymore, nor does she particularly like sharing her feelings after all, she's still a bit messed up from her parents dying before her very own eyes...
The program claims that all enhanced, not within the program of course, are to be considered enemies and a thread to her handler. Of course, she doesn't actually believe in the lies, she honestly has no choice, but keeps her mouth shut and pretends to flow with the idea after all, it's either she does as she's told or she's taking a dirt nap. Not only that, but she doesn't seem to be trusting over other handlers, and they can easily be squeezed into this category as well especially the ones who abuse their trackers... Their humans too, you know. Other, then that, unless you make a direct move to piss her off, she's often passive towards everyone she meets.
Unless you have a magic time machine, can bring her parents back from the dead or somehow make her feel normal again, then please take a seat... Honestly, she's not interested in a relationship of any kind I mean she can't even make friends anymore. Maybe try the blond chick next door?
